Questions, answered

Do you need my password?

Never. We only need your public username or a link to the post. If anyone claiming to be us asks for a password or login code, do not share it and let us know.

How fast will my order start?

Most orders start within 0–60 minutes. Larger packages are delivered gradually over 24–72 hours so growth looks natural.

Does my account need to be public?

Yes. Keep your profile or post public until your order is complete, otherwise delivery can pause or fail. You can switch back to private afterwards.

Can I change my username during delivery?

Please don't. Changing your username, or deleting or archiving the post, while an order is running can stop delivery. Wait until the order shows as complete.

Are results guaranteed?

We deliver the package quantity you order, but we cannot guarantee engagement, reach, sales or how a platform's algorithm treats your account. Some drop-off over time is normal.

Is this allowed by the platforms?

Each platform sets its own rules, and some prohibit artificial engagement. We are an independent service, not affiliated with Meta, TikTok, Google, X or Spotify. Please review the platform's terms and decide what is right for your account.

What payment methods can I use?

Card, Apple Pay & Google Pay. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

What if my order doesn't arrive?

If we can't start your order, we refund it. If it stalls part-way, contact us with your order number and we will finish it or refund the undelivered portion, as set out in our refund policy.

What happens if my numbers drop?

If your count drops below what you ordered within 30 days of delivery, email us your order number and we will review it for a free top-up.
